Production lead time

All our pieces are handmade to order. The standard lead time from order confirmation is 60 to 90 days, depending on the complexity of the piece and material availability. You will receive status updates by email throughout the process.

Home delivery across Europe

We work exclusively with carriers who specialise in high-value furniture and natural stone. Each piece is custom-crated and shipped directly to your home address — delivered to your door, not left at the kerb. Please note that delivery does not include an in-home carry-in, assembly, or placement service:

• Custom wooden crate or high-density foam packaging tailored to each piece.
• Delivery to your home address anywhere in the EU.
• We recommend ensuring clear access and arranging help (e.g. a second person) to move heavier pieces into their final position once delivered.
• Pieces are freestanding and stable once set down; any multi-part piece (for example, a top that rests on a base) is straightforward to position.

Home delivery is free across the EU on flagship pieces (coffee tables, console tables, and dining tables). Shipping costs for smaller objects and accessories are included in the quote.

For deliveries outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, USA, etc.), please contact us at hola@pietrabybianca.com for a bespoke shipping quote.

Inspection on delivery

It is essential to inspect the piece in the presence of the carrier before signing the delivery note. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or the piece:

• Note the damage on the delivery note before signing.
• Photograph both the packaging and the damaged piece at the time of delivery.
• Contact us within 48 hours by sending the photographs to hola@pietrabybianca.com.

We are unable to process transit-damage claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery.

Returns policy

Because our pieces are manufactured specifically to order, they are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Art. 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU), as production began with your express consent.

We do accept returns and replacements in the following cases:

• The piece has documentable manufacturing defects.
• The piece received does not match the specifications confirmed in writing.
• The piece arrived damaged in transit and was reported within 48 hours of delivery.

In these cases, we cover all costs of collection, repair, or replacement in full. To open a claim, write to us at hola@pietrabybianca.com with photographs and your order number.

Natural material variation

Natural stone — travertine, marble, onyx, limestone — exhibits inherent variation in veining, tone, and texture. These differences are not defects; they are the signature of each unique piece. We will send you photographs of the specific block or slab to be used for your commission before production begins.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted at no charge within 72 hours of order confirmation, before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, cancellation is not possible without cost, as the stone has been cut specifically for your commission. See our full Terms & Conditions.
